Stored in burlap bags in a tropical climate to ensure flavour development, the coffee was carefully tended, rotated and flipped in its bags and regularly sampled while we watched for the perfect time to use it. Kafé Arabica Light Roast has a Moderate light brown colour, but still mottled in appearance. A preferred roast for some specialty roasters, highlights origin characteristics as well as complex acidity. It is a fantastic coffee for those lazy sunday mornings when only a nice walk in the local park awaits you.
